Bright Eyed Canines Policy
It will be assumed that any person employing Bright Eyed Canines and Amy Gardiner-Garden will have read the terms and conditions listed below and abide by them. It will also be assumed that you agree with the listed terms and conditions upon sign up or appointment.
Health Care Card holders receive a 25% discount on all services. Provide details in the Dog Information Form or via email.
Prices are subject to change at any point in time and will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Bookings will be confirmed via email and held to cancellation policies from the time Bright Eyed Canines confirms the booking. Bundle sessions must all be booked before the sessions begin.
Cancellation or rescheduling must be made at least 7 days in advance of the appointment or the session is forfeited and charged in full. Rescheduling within 7 days of the session may be allowed under certain circumstances, at the discretion of Bright Eyed Canines.
Bright Eyed Canines may cancel any session at any time. If this occurs, the client can choose between rescheduling or a full refund.
The client is liable if they fail to notify Bright Eyed Canines of any potentially dangerous issues or other relevant information that leads to damages or injury. Bright Eyed Canines values the safety of all involved.
The client will make every effort to obey safety precautions as listed in writing and as explained to them verbally, and will ask for clarification when needed.
Bright Eyed Canines will not work with any animal that is unwell, or not vaccinated appropriately. If it is believed that an animal has behavioural issues relating to a medical condition, we will cease the session and recommend seeking veterinary advice prior to you re-commencing the training program with Bright Eyed Canines.
The minimum vaccinations for dogs over 12 weeks of age is current C3 or equivalent.
Bright Eyed Canines is authorized to seek any emergency veterinarian assistance needed during this agreement, at the cost of the client, from any veterinarian. However, Bright Eyed Canines is not responsible for the health/well being of the animal.
Bright Eyed Canines considers communications with their clients privileged. We will only break that confidentiality if the health or safety of any animals or humans involved is at risk. We will act according to local and state laws, including reporting of animal cruelty.
Bright Eyed Canines is not responsible for damage to the clients property and belongings.
The client agrees that any images taken of their dog(s) may be used by Bright Eyed Canines for educational or promotional purposes.
