All About Amy Garden

The trainer behind Bright Eyed Canines

Through my personal and professional experiences I have learned that understanding, consistency and force free training will take you further than you ever thought possible. Whether it's basic training, raising a puppy, problematic behaviors, preparing for the vet, anxiety, aggression, or more, I can help. I have developed methods for training animals which are fun for all, follow modern science and create an incredible bond between you and your dog.

My story:

Many years ago my partner and I adopted two dogs; a teething puppy and an anxious older dog. We then adopted a failed and abused sheep dog. After that came a severely neglected dog and eight rescue kittens. I said I was finished adopting, but then came along a young escape artist who was terrified of humans. How could I say no when I knew we were just the home she needed? Now we have a full and lively house. My five amazing dogs have happily worked with me to become confident and relaxed family dogs leading their best lives.
